We recognise that although we are competing for the same dwindling market there are benefits from working together to promote Gloucestershire beers and the breweries that produce them.</span><span style="font-size:85%;"><br /><br />Our greatest barrier is the steady loss of free trading pubs - the majority being owned by pub management companies and a few large national breweries. This results in a lack of choice for beer drinkers with many pubs offering a limited range of national brands.</span><span style="font-size:85%;"><br /><br />We believe that the market for locally produced beers can be improved if consumers and pubs are made aware of our existance and what we have to offer.</span><span style="font-size:85%;"><br /><br />We comprise seven members.</span></div> <div style="font-family: arial;
